Contracts Administrator
Job Description
- The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for verifying and vetting incoming contracts and KYC (Know Your Customer) information.
- They will facilitate the activation and registration of vendors upon completion of the contract approval process and assist with Android App registrations and vetting.
- Additionally, the role includes following up on inactive Kazang Pay merchants when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Contracts queue on Freshdesk.
- Ensure contracts are correctly tagged and completed.
- Verify that all necessary KYC documents are attached.
- Conduct external checks to validate vendor KYC details.
- Capture contracts where necessary.
- Activate and register vendors upon approval.
- Coordinate tasks required for vendor onboarding, including branding.
- Process and verify FICA registrations for webstore and Android App users.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Matric (Grade 12)
Experience:
- Knowledge of the Kazang vending business
- Administrative experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Competencies:
