Community Success Agent
- As a Gumtree Community Success Agent, you will work closely with our users to ensure they have the best experience possible. Assisting users on live chat and email with a wide range of requests and queries. In addition to the Support duties, you will also be required to assist with ad moderation duties, helping Gumtree users stay safe while they buy and sell on our platform.
Job Description
- Respond to a high volume of inquiries received via email and live chat.
- Perform Ad moderation duties.
- Assist with paid client vetting, onboarding and other Ad hoc requests.
- Help troubleshoot all types of technical issues encountered by users.
- Ensure compliance and the voice of the Business is reflected through communication.
- Handling community risk escalations (predators, suicide, threats, etc.).
- Participate in team meetings.
- Provide feedback to Supervisors and the business team.
- Review the QA’s and feedback provided by Supervisors and Team leads.
Job Requirements
- In-office work – Cape Town.
- Own transport to Gumtree offices.
- Willing to work weekends on a rotational schedule.
- Willing to work shifts between 6 am and 8 pm.
- Reliable internet connection at home with backup power to perform duties.
- Zendesk or Ad moderation experience is beneficial.
