• This senior role offers full responsibility for sales, business development, marketing, and customer relationship management, delivering revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term profitability.
• Responsible for Sales & Marketing for Africa.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business, Metallurgy, or related field
• 10+ years’ commercial leadership in the metal industry (abrasion-resistant components)
• Strong African market knowledge (mining, cement, steel, power, infrastructure)
• Proven success in strategy execution and revenue growth
• Experience in complex contract negotiation within heavy industries
• Solid manufacturing, materials technology, and wear mechanism knowledge
• Advanced MS Office & Google Suite skills
• Willingness to travel locally/internationally; valid passport & driver’s license
