What we’re looking for:

Experienced Change Management Specialists / Consultants skilled in:

  • Leading and managing change workstreams across ERP, digital, OD, culture, and strategy projects
  • Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans
  • Conducting impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations
  • Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communication plans
  • Facilitating training, workshops, and capability-building sessions
  • Partnering with leadership to embed change and drive adoption
  • Monitoring progress, reporting milestones, and managing resistance
  • Supporting broader organisational development initiatives
  • 7+ years’ experience in Change Management or Organisational Development
  • Proven success in complex or financial services environments
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks like ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter, or Lean Change
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ERP or digital transformation project experience
  • Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification (preferred)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
