Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Change Manager / Business Change Manager with 8+ years of expertise in managing large-scale organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful business transformation, managing stakeholder engagement, and implementing structured change management methodologies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • The Change Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing change strategies, managing change impacts, and supporting project teams and business leaders through various change programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans to drive successful business transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and readiness assessments to identify risks, resistance, and opportunities.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement by working closely with business leaders, project teams, and end-users to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Design and deliver communication plans, training strategies, and awareness campaigns to support change initiatives.
  • Lead organizational change activities including workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of change interventions through KPIs, surveys, and feedback loops.
  • Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Support project teams with integrating change management activities into project plans.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business units to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers to drive change adoption and sustainment.
  • Develop and maintain change management documentation, including change strategies, roadmaps, and stakeholder matrices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Change Manager / Business Change Manager leading enterprise-level change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, business engagement, and relationship building.
  • Experience working on IT system implementations, business process re-engineering, or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Change Impact Assessments, Readiness Assessments, and Resistance Management.
  • Strong project management acumen with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Change Management Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working within Agile or SAFe frameworks.
  • Familiarity with change enablement tools
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, or large-scale system rollouts.
