Job Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with deep expertise in transformation and digitisation to join us on a contract basis. This role will support the HR team as they navigate a high-impact organisational change journey, embedding new ways of working that leverage AI and modern digital platforms.
  • The successful candidate will ensure smooth adoption, engagement, and alignment across the team while driving forward key transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support stakeholders through transformation and digitisation initiatives, ensuring readiness and adoption.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and change roadmaps.
  • Translate complex digital and AI-related programmes into clear and actionable change journeys.
  • Develop and implement training, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven senior-level experience in change management for large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support HR leaders.
  • Familiarity with AI and modern platforms (experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly advantageous).
  • Track record of enabling adoption and cultural alignment during digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
