Job Description

• Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established construction and property development firm known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across South Africa, is currently seeking a Candidate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional with 2–3 years of experience to grow their career in a stable and progressive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
• Measure and value construction work on-site
• Prepare tender documentation and participate in the tendering process
• Conduct cost analysis for project work
• Monitor project progress and report on financial performance
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Support senior quantity surveyors with day-to-day project administration

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Preferably holds or is completing a BSc in Quantity Surveying
• Studies completed at University of Pretoria or University of the Free State (Bloemfontein) preferred
• Valid driver’s license and own transport advantageous
