Beesr Rewards Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Points Offers Management
- Manage and optimize incrementality attributable to points offers
- Understand the audience of the program to maximize conversion
- Guarantee completion of points-offers as a deliverable of a Rewards program strategy
- Lead discussions with the data team to personalize points-offers to optimize conversion and business impact
- Know best practices around offering ways to earn points for actions on BEES and burn those points on BEES for free product and prizes
Resource Allocation
- Optimize SAB investment across promotions and points
- Understand what customers are influenced by points/promos and design strategy to move promo to points
Program Engagement
- Cluster POCs based on their digital maturity and coordinate actions across online and offline assets to educate POCs
- Manage the customer base to ensure we have a healthy and engaged base
Revenue Management
- 1YP discounting strategy and budget setting
- Manage discount package including strategy, forecasting and analysis
- Key stakeholder management to ensure alignment to discounting plan and adherence to policy with Revenue Department
Business Environment
Main characteristics:
- Work in a quick changing cross-functional environment
- Intensive knowledge of our BEES digital products and tools designed to improve user experience, collaborate with digital communication and frontline teams to improve conversion
- Strong data and analytical skills to design accurate strategies

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the beer or consumer products sales, distribution and customer relationship management
- 3 year post graduate qualification
- Excellent understanding of retail execution and FMCG sales process and sales technologies
- Strong systems and analytical skills, especially data modelling, big data management
- Experience in analytical roles (business analyst or information analyst)
- Exceptional project and program management capability
- Experience in strategic project design & management favorable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and concise manner
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix environment
- Ability to achieve results by working across function and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Very strong self-management capability, ability to work independently
- Excellent inter-personal skills – ability to lead and engage across all integrated functions in the business to deliver on strategic initiatives
