At least 10 years teaching experience in tertiary institution or 7 years professional experience in the related field
At least 10 articles published in accredited journals, chapters in book and/or book publications.
Evidence of supervision of at lease four Masters/Doctoral students to completion

Duties:

Teaching at the undergraduate level and supervision of postgraduate students.
Leadership and active participation in development and review of curricular for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Conducting active research programmes in collaboration with others within and outside the department.
Publishing research results in accredited, high-impact national and international journals.
Effectively involvement in community engagement activities of the departmentMentoring and couching of junior staff.
