BASIC SALARY R261 659. 76 – R339 704.40

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  

  • Grade 12, National Diploma in Accounting .  Computer Literacy  18 – 12 months of relevant experience

KNOWLEDGE  

  • Capture inputs information from source documents into a computer system.  Supplies information for a specific purpose. 
  • Generates and prints standard reports from a computer system.
  • Locates & retrieves recorded details or requested items from a computer system. 
  • Collect information for the preparation of financial statements. 
  • Retrieve information for both internal and external auditors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Email payment vouchers from the Administration Officer to create sundry payment request. . Verify the correctness of invoices, and votes.
  • Capturing the invoices on the system and the amounts to be paid per creditor.
  • Capturing of the daily and month end journals.
  • Performing procedures for closing off of the month and year.
