MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12, National Diploma in Finance or equivalent. Computer Literacy. 2-3 years of relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE
- Good written and verbal skill. Be able to effectively calculate and reconcile customer accounts good organizational skills. Good time management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for preparing rates clearance assessments. Ensuring all processes are complete before the issuing of rates clearance certificates. Attending to rates queries from rate payers, conveyancers and other stakeholders. Preparation of reports and reconciliations. Preparation of refunds. General assistance to the rates department
