Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Gr 12. or equivalent NQF4 qualification
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numeric and verbal reasoning ability

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Regular liaison with Dispatch department;
- Investigate and resolve dispatch and equipment queries both internal and external;
- Assist with special projects such as stock takes; training etc;
- Conduct pallet investigation from shop4 when required;
- Capture and rectify equipment from what has been scanned from Dispatch;
- Use CICNC to verify equipment;
- Use XPBIF to check equipment that doesn’t appear on system
- Capture Chep documents;
- Check handhelds to verify errors made by the Dispatch clerks on their control sheets;
- Regular visits to the DC floor;General Filling of all documents received.
- Establish and build a relationship with client management and TES supervisors;
- Attend formal meetings at client with Personnel officer when required;
- Communicate and provide feedback regularly to client and resolve client queries timeously;
