Admin Clerk
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure effective administration of stock variances.
- Manage and assist with the administration of losses and write-offs
- Ensure effective administration, workplace improvement and housekeeping
- Control ISO procedures and Internal Control Checklists (ICCs)
- Assist with compiling the annual Warehouse Budget and Forecasts
- Workplace improvement
- Assist with daily and monthly stock take process
- Assist with effective management of Warehouse goods
- Assist and coordinate the loading / offloading of contracted transport
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
- Must have Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification in Warehouse and Logistics will be beneficial.
- Must have minimum of 1-2 years Warehouse administration.
- Proven immaculate administrative skill.
- Knowledge and experience in administrative systems.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Working knowledge and Computer literate in MS Office, Excel – intermediate level is essential.
- Experience on the SAP administrative system will be beneficial.
- Understanding of (SOP) standard operating procedures within Warehouse environment.
- Experience in stock management
- Dynamic, energetic individual who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels also with suppliers and both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of ISO and HACCP systems.
- To reflect good leadership behaviour towards colleagues, seniors and company values
- Must be willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
- Actively participate in the MDT activities.
