Minimum Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Desired: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent mandatory. Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Leadership is advantageous.
- Minimum: 10+ years’ senior-level financial management experience, preferably in utilities, infrastructure, or public sector.
- Proven track record to lead with fairness, transparency, and accountability in finance.

- Direct financial insights to support executive decisions and sustainable growth.

- Develop and administer accurate, transparent financial reporting frameworks.
- Implement governance, compliance, and internal control standards across all finance functions.
- Direct treasury management frameworks to safeguard organisational assets.
- Develop and implement risk management processes that maintain accountability and efficiency.
- Direct procurement processes that are transparent, fair, and compliant.
- Manage contract and supplier frameworks to maintain efficiency and accountability.
- Manage internal and external audit processes to maintain audit readiness.
- Direct implementation of corrective actions to strengthen financial governance.
- Maintain stakeholder confidence through transparent and accountable financial practices.
- Coordinate executive-level engagements on governance, audit, and compliance matters.
