Job Description
- An established engineering consulting company is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator with strong accounting and administrative skills to join their high-performance Finance and Operations team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
- The role focuses on delivering efficient financial support, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely accounting and administrative support to the Finance team.
- Assist with financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Contribute effectively as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Advanced competency in MS Excel and intermediate skills in MS Office (Word and Outlook).
- Knowledge of Sage Pastel Partner Accounting is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- A relevant 3-year degree in Accounting is preferred but not essential.
