A Day in the Life

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Pharmacies, Doctors and Distributor. You will be a trusted advisor, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: 

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Pharmacies, Doctors and Distributor, becoming their trusted advisor and L’Oréal expert.

Strategic Planning & Execution: 

  • Create and execute impactful annual business plans for your accounts, leveraging your understanding of commercial agreements, marketing strategies, and retail opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

Negotiation & Deal Making: 

  • Lead complex negotiations with key accounts, securing favorable terms and maximizing profitability.

Performance Analysis & Optimization: 

  • Continuously track account performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize results.

Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless execution and deliver a unified message to your accounts.

Team Leadership & Development:

  •  Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Technical & Professional Competencies Required:

Strong Business Acumen: 

  • A deep understanding of retail dynamics, sales drivers, and the ability to develop winning account strategies that align with business objectives.

Exceptional Relationship Building Skills: 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset:

  • Highly analytical with a strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.

Results-Oriented & Driven: 

  • A passion for delivering exceptional results and consistently exceeding expectations.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders.

Education, Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager at a national level. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, with a strong command of data analysis techniques.
  • Operational knowledge of SAP systems is essential.
