Job Description
- Outbound Call Centre: Booking of medical appointments for travelling Health Care Professionals (Nurses & Doctors).
Key Outputs / Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Timely scheduling of appointments with clients and nurses for completion of medicals to finalize underwriting process.
- Dealing with e-mail queries, and telephonic queries – Telephone calls, Maintaining SLA’s.
- Liaise with Brokers/ Office Managers to ensure clients are reachable and seen for medicals to provide quality customer service.
Job / Role Requirements
Work Experience
Required
- At least 2 years client service experience in the Insurance Industry
- Prior experience in scheduling appointments with clients
Preferred (would be advantageous)
- Previous exposure to Discovery in house system e.g. SAM & Paradigm
Education / Qualifications / Accreditations with Professional Body

- Related tertiary qualification
