Key Responsibilities
Meet with 3 – 4 farmers daily to introduce our client, identify their needs, conduct soil testing, recommend solutions, close sales, and provide follow-up.
Plan and organize activities, segment the territory, and optimize the customer network to achieve management-set targets.
Engage the client network through events, WhatsApp groups, and other channels to promote solutions.
Develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
Ensure accurate reporting through CRM updates and activity reports.
Requirements
B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent qualification
Reside in the territory
Existing network of potential clients
Self-starter with a passion for Agri-Business and sales
Eager to learn and thrive in a challenge-driven environment
