Our client is seeking a Commercial Superintendentto lead and support key business activities, ensuring strong commercial governance, robust contract management, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial governance processes and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
• Develop, implement, and manage commercial strategies across various departments.
• Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and administration of commercial contracts.
• Support procurement, logistics, and operations teams with commercial insights.
• Mitigate risk through rigorous contract management and compliance oversight.
• Drive value creation through data-driven analysis, cost control, and performance management.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial, financial, or strategic role.
• Strong background in contract negotiation and management, preferably in mining, commodities, or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver business improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Experience working in large, complex, and multinational organisations is advantageous.
