Job Description
- Supports continuous analysis of processes within sales and distribution and focuses on the successful implementation of processes and enhancements by viewing all changes in a holistic manner.
Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis
- Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Advanced and Predictive Analytics
- Support interpretation of advanced and predictive analytics data, using specialized software tools and functionalities.
Insights and Reporting
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
Information and Business Advice
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
Business Performance Metrics
- Conduct standardized tasks related to tracking and updating business performance metrics in line with the organization’s established protocols.
Sales
- Carry out routine sales support tasks and provide help to others.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data
- Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
Incentive Program Design
- Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses; investigate and analyze external practices.
Operational Compliance
- Develop working knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.

- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Minimum Requirements
- 2 years relevant experience working on a dialler
- Microsoft Excel And/or experience of dialler/call center methodologies
- Some experience with Dev/OPS architecture, implementation and operation would be advantageous.
- Some experience in applying SAFe/Scrum/Kanban methodologies would be advantageous
