We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our groceries manufacturing facility in Randfontein, where your expertise will shape the future of asset care, maintenance, and capital projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. GCC Factories (or studying towards) is essential.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems in complex production environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering team to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Drive capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor future engineering leaders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and food safety standards.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and strategic planning for engineering operations.
