Sales Specialist – EPC’s and OEM’s
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drives sales of products, systems, and services, focusing on volume, profitability, and new market opportunities while ensuring positive customer relationships and experiences.
- Identifies customer needs, presents ABB’s full offering, and develops solutions that create added value for both the customer and ABB.
- Manages sales planning, proposal preparation, technical and financial offer aspects, and administrative processes, including cash collection and project coordination.
- Executes marketing activities, communicates value propositions, and ensures alignment with ABB’s delivery, payment, and contractual terms.

Qualifications for the Role
- National Diploma / University degree (engineering background preferable)
- Minimum 5 years track record in sales or engineering related field to demonstrate capability to achieve business results.
- Experience of business development with sales records for new customers/markets.
- Mining segment (CMM) and SSA market knowledge preferred.
- Market and products specific knowledge of LV and MV drive products is compulsory.
- Experience with sales of electrical or mechanical products.
- Proficient in computer skills
