Key Responsibility Areas
- Advise, guide and provide input on production and implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan.
- Collection of Information regarding development issues.
- Provide administrative and liaison function.
- Interacts and represents the Municipality on aspects related to Education, Training and Development.
- Execute the Skills Audit by evaluating the Municipality’s level of skills.
- Execute and manage Learning and Development processes based on needs analysis objectives in accordance with the provisions of the Skills Development Act and the Municipality’s IDP.
- Co-ordinate activities associated with interns, work integrated learning.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Development or Management or Public Management or Public Administration or equivalent.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 3 Years administrative experience.
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Development or Management or Public Management or Public Administration or equivalent.
- 4 Years administrative experience
