Personal Assistant

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders and do GRN’s
  • Provide support to the team in the management of their budgets
  • Manage operating budgets
  • Coordinate and process budget recharges and allocations by supporting PPM Arrange meetings and bookings of meeting rooms
  • Effective diary management of ZBS Director
  • Manage the collation of documents for meetings and presentations
  • Be responsible for department filing integrity
  • Administer the sending of documents by courier
  • Arrange travel, hotel and car reservations and forex
  • Coordinate and manage visa administration
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation material
  • Provide administrative support to the ZBS Team
  • Coordinate and manage various forums (VPO) and meetings

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 – 3 years working experience in a senior PA / admin position is required
  • Computer literacy (Advanced abilities in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office etc. SAP added advantage)
  • Experience on SAP or other EBP system would be considered an advantage
  • Ability to interpret and analyze basic data
