Sales Representative: Sheetfed & Digital – Gauteng
Novus Print, a leader in the print manufacturing industry, is looking to appoint a dynamic and customer focused Sales Representative to drive sales growth and manage key client relationships within our Sheetfed & Digital product categories. The position will be based in Gauteng and will report to the Commercial Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by achieving sales targets for the Sheetfed & Digital Division.
- Source and develop new client relationships while retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Understand client business goals to propose tailored, high quality print solutions
- Provide optimal advice and manage client queries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Compile and present weekly/monthly sales reports and client proposals
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the national footprint
- Support decision making with relevant report and strategic insights
Educational Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Sales or related tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Drivers lisence and own reliable vehicle
Experience Requirements
- An active client portfolio within the sheetfed sector, preferably commercial work
- A deep understanding of the sheetfed processes, paper types and finishing. Hard Cover knowledge will be advantageous
- At least five years sheetfed and digital sales experience
- Previous work experience within the print industry is essential specially in Sheetfed & Digital
- National travel is required

- Proven “Sales Hunter” with a proactive approach and strong client service orientation
- Deep understanding of the sales processes and ability to close deals effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal, selling, communication and presentation skills
- High level of planning, organisation and analytical ability
