Job Description

• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Manager (Admin) within the Grain division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Grain division and Silo services
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions in AGRIS (invoices, sales, stock, credit notes)
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and resource usage
• Monitor and report on operational and financial indicators
• Lead and supervise the administrative team across sites
• Conduct performance reviews and implement training and development
• Develop and enforce administrative systems, processes and policies
• Manage internal and external communication and document control
• Provide input into budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor expenses and support cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial and administrative controls
• Identify and mitigate risks and support audits and internal reviews
• Support project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
• Contribute to ongoing improvement and alignment with divisional goals

Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field
• 5–7 years’ experience in an administrative management role
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in AS400 (advantageous)
• Knowledge of AGRIS (advantageous)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
• Willing to travel
• Based in or willing to relocate to Piet Retief
