Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Matric certificate)
• Valid Grade A PSIRA certificate
• 6 years supervision experience
• 4 years proven underground mining experience
• Armed response experience
• Formal supervisor training
• Formal crowd control training
• National Key point 
• Regulation 21 Annual Practical Shooting for Business purposes
• Firearm competency for business purpose (Handgun, shotgun & self-loading riffle)
• Driver’s License
• Defensive driving
• Computer literacy
• Fluent in English
• Good written and spoken communication skills
