Introduction:

  • Our client is seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving demand and generating qualified leads through strategic, data-driven digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that align with their growth objectives, leveraging your expertise to deliver measurable ROI and support our client’s mission to lead in the B2B SaaS space.

Job Purpose:

  • To develop, manage, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring efficient budget use and maximum ROI. The Paid Media Specialist will contribute to demand generation strategies, collaborate with content and design teams, and provide actionable insights to support our client’s growth targets.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education (essential):

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field

Minimum applicable experience (years):

  •  3–5 years

Required nature of experience:

  •  Hands-on management of paid media campaigns with clear performance metrics
  •  Campaign setup, optimization, and analysis across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
  •  Conducting market and competitor research for audience insights
  •  A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  •  Working in a B2B SaaS or tech environment (preferred)
  •  Experience in a digital marketing agency (strong advantage)

Skills and Knowledge (essential):

  •  Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
  •  Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, audience segmentation, and attribution models
  •  Expertise in conversion tracking tools, pixel implementation, and CRM integration
  •  Excellent analytical skills to translate data into strategic actions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  •  Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

  •  Strong communication skills in English
