Job Description

Forvis Mazars Corporate Finance is seeking a dynamic and driven Manager to join our high-performing and entrepreneurial team.

As a Manager, you will be involved in all phases of the deal process from initial client engagement through to the final presentation of our deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed valuation and financial models to support a variety of assignments, including business valuations, option valuations, and strategic financial planning.
Produce initial drafts of client-facing reports and transaction documents for review by senior managers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Forvis Mazars’ standards.

Lead and support assignments such as:

Business and option valuations
Financial modelling
Transaction advisory
Financial due diligence engagements
Review work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Forvis Mazars’ quality and regulatory standards.
Ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Manage client relationships by maintaining clear communication, delivering high-quality service, and identifying opportunities to add value.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
