Detailed Responsibilities

  • Process creditors payments- Trade Creditor (where there is a TP voucher/expense code) (Shared Services)
  • Manage payments on the window and make sure these are paid on time.
  • Manage payment process from beginning to end, make sure the payment gets released by checking the bank recon.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualification

  • Grade 12 with Accounting as subject passed.
  • Computer literate, specifically Excel.

Experience

  • 3 years creditors experience essential.

Skills
Skills:

  • Methodical, organised, disciplined and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, works well in a team environment, liaising with several different departments as well as external suppliers.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude.
