Job Purpose
- Provincial Treasury, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to administer the Division Procurement Client Centre and provide support to the division.

- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

Key Performance Areas
- Render general clerical support and reception services in the PCC
- Provide supply chain management (SCM) clerical support services within the component
- Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component
- Provide financial administration support services in the component.
Competencies
- Good understanding of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics
- Legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Working procedures in terms of the working environment
- Adhere to the WCG policies which includes safeguarding of all stakeholder documents, data and information
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
- Becoming conversant with and uphold the requirements of Provincial Treasury’s PCC Service Charter.
