Job Objectives
- System setup and collaborate with individual suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain synergies
- Analyse opportunities and align system settings to maximize cost savings
- Input and maintain market related information into replenishment solution
- Manage the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from market
- Daily processing of system recommended orders
- Ensure supplier orders are in line with service level goals and inventory policies
- Maintaining of collaborative software for order contracts and approval
- Ensure effective delivery scheduling
- Analyse product availability to market demand on weekly basis
- Manage inbound product availability in line with divisional promotions
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure stock for planned promotions
- Analyse weekly promotional demand exceptions
- Analyse weekly system forecasting exceptions
- Responsible for managing project deliverables relating to specific supplier accounts
- Day to day data analysis and reporting to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logisitics or similar
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years experience within Supply Chain or Logisitics
- Replenishment experience is beneficial
