• Manage engineering priorities.
• Implement long and short-term objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment and fire requirements.
• Advise and guide employees regarding technical decisions.  Manage the training and authorisation of employees. Manage systems and procedures.
• Negotiate and manage contracts.
• Manage section finances.
•  Manage human resources.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

• B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma/National Higher Diploma in Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience:

• 5 years’ technical experience
