Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within the designated zone, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- The role involves working closely with the distribution network, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.
- The Zonal Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in the Alcohol beverage is essential.
- Proven experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
