Bachelor’s degree (Sciences, Engineering, Technology) or equivalent, e.g., CompTIA A+                                                                                                                                                  *ITIL v3 (or higher) Foundation

• Requisite technical certifications (at least 2)
• Platform/ Software:
  • MCSE/ SD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert/ Developer): Windows Server 2016, or Windows Server 2019
• Storage:
  • HCP/ E – Hitachi Certified Professional/Expert (Performance, Storage virtualization, Compute Platform, Enterprise, or VSP G/F), or
  • NetApp Data Administrator
• Virtualization/ Cloud/Network:
• VCP6/ 7-DCV (VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization)
• MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
• CCNP: Cisco Certified Network Professional
• 10+ years of computer[1]related backend support experience
• Demonstrable work experience in areas of specialty.
• Excellent working knowledge of shell (PowerShell) scripting and Ansible
• Demonstrable programming skills
• Knowledge of IT Standards, Procedures, Policies 
  • Infrastructure Provisioning
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Service-oriented end-user support and clients’ management
  • Proficiency in the use of common IT productivity tools
  • Good working knowledge and interest in digital innovations and tools.
