Role Overview

We are hiring a Web3 Marketer to lead community management, influencer relations, and digital campaign execution in the blockchain and decentralized ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional marketing, requiring someone who truly understands crypto culture, the fast-evolving Web3 landscape, and how to connect with communities in a way that builds trust and loyalty. The Web3 Marketer will act as the voice of Crescita Solutions within blockchain communities, positioning the brand as an active participant in discussions around crypto, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, and the metaverse. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about shaping how Web3 projects engage with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Community Growth & Engagement

• Build and nurture vibrant communities on Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and emerging Web3 platforms.
• Organize AMA sessions, community challenges, NFT drops, token launch campaigns, and reward programs that keep members engaged.
• Moderate discussions, ensure a positive community culture, and manage feedback loops between users and the company.

Influencer & Partnership Relations

• Identify and collaborate with Web3 influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and thought leaders to amplify brand presence.
• Negotiate partnerships with crypto projects, exchanges, and Web3 media outlets.
• Manage affiliate and ambassador programs to expand organic reach.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize Web3-specific campaigns including NFT activations, token utility marketing, airdrops, staking awareness, and metaverse activations.
• Tailor campaigns to resonate with decentralized communities, ensuring transparency and authenticity.
• Coordinate with content, design, and growth teams to produce educational and promotional materials.

Trend Tracking & Innovation

• Stay ahead of the curve on blockchain trends, NFT use cases, DAO governance, DeFi innovations, and metaverse opportunities.
• Experiment with new growth channels such as Lens Protocol, Farcaster, or decentralized social platforms.
• Provide strategic recommendations on how Crescita can integrate into the evolving Web3 economy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 or blockchain community management, influencer relations, or growth marketing.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, decentralization, tokenomics, and community-driven growth models.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with influencers, partners, and community leaders.
• Agile and creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volatility environments.
• Familiarity with crypto communication tools (Discord bots, Telegram integrations, Web3 wallets, DAO governance tools).
• Bonus: Experience with smart contract basics, NFT minting processes, or DeFi protocols.
