Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Ikeja.
The ideal candidate will manage inventory, supervise warehouse staff, ensure proper storage and distribution of goods, and maintain high safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the accounting or purchasing team to reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure all goods are properly labeled, organized, and stored according to company standards.
• Oversee loading and unloading processes to minimize damage and delays.
• Train, lead, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and discipline.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Prepare daily and weekly warehouse activity reports.
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to plan deliveries and restocking.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, or inventory software).
• Must live in or near Ikeja.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift or move goods when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in food, beverage, or retail warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and handling perishable items.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
