About The Role

• We are looking for experienced Warehouse Supervisor who would leverage on their expertise to grow our business, strategizing warehouse process in other to satisfy our business.
• Department Operations Employment Type Permanent – Full Time Location Nigeria Workplace type Onsite Reporting To Country Warehouse Manager

What you would be expected to do

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures is well adhered to.
• Ensuring effective and safety of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring the safety of warehouse employees.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, protocols and by managing people, processes and systems.
• Coordinates the investigation of unsafe conditions through the application of the company’s safety standards.
• Complies with the federal, state and local warehousing processes, material handling requirements, etc.
• Ensure the daily reports of the warehouse are completed in stipulated time.
• Work closely with the logistic coordinator to resolve issues between warehousing and distribution processes.
• Ensure that all the supplies are received, documented, processed and proper acknowledgment given as at when due.
• Plan, assign and address complaints and resolve problems within the shortest time frame possible.
• Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.

You might be a strong candidate if you

• HND/BSC in supply chain management or related background.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in the Solar space, FMCG or related industry.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures. Proficient knowledge of and inventory controls, staffs and products.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Good Managerial, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the use of ERP systems is an added advantage.
