The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a variety of projects.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support (60%)

  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain executive and team calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Document Management: Create, organize, and maintain digital files and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for team meetings.
  • Communication Support: Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives and team members.

Marketing Support (30%)

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles.
  • Campaign Coordination: Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for marketing initiatives.

Client Success Support (10%)

  • Client Communication: Handle basic inquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate team members for detailed support.
  • Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering and organizing client feedback to help improve our services and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative role, with exposure to marketing tasks being a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing tools like CRM systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Virtual Administrative Assistant (VAA) certification is a plus.
  • Experience with social media management and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
