Vice Principal (Administration)

Location:Jalingo, Taraba

Core responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and strategies to support the company’s objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of various departments, such as HR, finance, and IT.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, fiscal operations, and financial services, including managing payroll, vendor payments, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing administrative functions and implement changes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative activities.
  • Staff Management: Lead, guide, and mentor administrative staff, including planning and conducting training for new employees.
