Van Sales Representative
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Van Sales Representative to join our team.
- As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring timely product distribution, managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to retail customers on assigned routes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for restocking
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports
- Educate customers about new products, promotions, and pricing updates
- Accurately record and report sales, payments and inventory
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Sales or distribution experience is an advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently
