Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Van Sales Representative, based in Port Harcourt. Responsibilities include driving the sales van to deliver products to assigned areas, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, ensuring timely restocking, and achieving sales targets. The Van Sales Representative will also promote CHI Limited’s product portfolio and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, distribution, or similar roles in the FMCG or related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license and experience in driving sales vehicles
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify sales opportunities, and generate leads
• Proficiency in sales reporting, time management, and coordinating delivery schedules efficiently
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are advantageous
• Understanding of the local market in Port Harcourt is a strong advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
