Job description: Job DescriptionJob Type: Contract (2 Months) with the possibility of extension to 3 months or moreLocation: RemoteCompensation: Based on experienceJob Description:We are looking for a talented UX Designer & Web Developer with experience in web design, funnel creation, and user experience optimization. This person will be responsible for designing and developing high-converting websites and funnels for two companies.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites and funnels for two businesses.Create engaging, responsive landing pages optimized for conversions and lead generation.Implement best UX/UI practices to enhance user experience and website functionality.Work on website speed optimization, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and create high-converting sales funnels.Optimize websites for SEO and user engagement.Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools, CRM systems, and analytics.Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to improve funnel effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in UX/UI design and web development.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UX/UI design.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and funnel-building platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, Go High Level, or similar).Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead generation strategies.Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Contract Details:Duration: 2 months, with the possibility of extending to 3 months or longer based on performance.Flexible working hours, but must be available for project updates and meetings.If you are a skilled UX Designer & Web Developer with experience in funnel creation and web design, we’d love to hear from you!
