About the Role

  • We’re looking for a performance-driven Manager, User Acquisition & Growth to turn strategies into results. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of Quidax’s growth engine across retail and community-driven channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on numbers, experiments, and scrappy execution – you’ll work with the Head of User Acquisition & Growth to scale our user base, improve conversions, and drive revenue impact.
  • This isn’t about vanity metrics. It’s about building reliable growth loops, hitting CAC and LTV targets, and moving the needles that matter: users trading, staying, and spending more.

What We’re Looking For

  • Daily Traders: Increase daily active traders by double digits.
  • MAUs: Grow monthly active users across retail segments.
  • Conversion: Improve sign-up first-trade conversion rate by at least 15%.
  • Retention: Lift 30-day retention rates through activation and reactivation campaigns.
  • Revenue Contribution: Deliver measurable revenue impact from growth campaigns.
  • Daily Active Traders (DAT)

  • Retention Rates (30-day, 90-day)
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) vs. LTV (Lifetime Value)
  • Revenue contribution from growth campaigns
  • Channel Execution: Run acquisition programs (referrals, affiliates/KOL, campus ambassadors, WhatsApp/Telegram campaigns).
  • Activation & Conversion: Partner with Product and Ops to optimize onboarding flows and reduce drop-offs.
  • Retention Plays: Launch loyalty and reactivation campaigns (email, push, in-app).
  • Experimentation: Design and run weekly A/B tests on funnels, creatives, and incentives.
  • Data Ownership: Track, analyze, and report on acquisition and retention performance – know what’s moving the numbers.
  • Market Localization: Adapt growth tactics to African retail behavior e.g., FX-driven activity, community groups, informal trading circles.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing (for brand awareness), Product (for funnel optimization), and BD (for distribution partnerships).
  • 3–5 years experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing for a consumer product (crypto, fintech, or mobile app preferred).
  • Track record of driving measurable KPIs: MAU, conversion, retention, CAC/LTV.
  • Hands-on operator with strong skills in digital channels (paid, referrals, affiliates, communities).
  • Data-driven mindset: funnel analysis, cohort tracking, experimentation.
  • Comfortable moving fast and iterating with limited resources.
  • Experience in African markets or other emerging economies.
  • Exposure to crypto-native growth levers (airdrops, token incentives, ambassador programs).
