Unified Culture Promotion Foundation (UNICPF) is a Non-Governmental Organization established in July 2023 with the primary focus on promoting cultural understanding, diversity, and harmony to foster peace and social inclusion with a mission to harness the transformative power of culture to foster understanding, peace, and cohesion among diverse communities, UNICPF stands at the forefront of cultural advocacy. The foundation operates on the belief that cultural expressions such as dance, music, and traditional practices can bridge societal gaps and catalyze harmony across regions and nations. Purpose of the call for tender

1. The purpose of this tender is to solicit for competitive biding for the Upgrading of 2 Non-Functional Handpumps

Compliance

Vendors to be considered will be those that comply with all government and donor regulations as UNICPF will only engage with Vendors who meet the regulation such as tax clearance of the previous year, Vendors who not involved in Fraud and Terrorism etc.

1. Other selection Criteria.
2. All tender documents must be filled, signed and stamped on each page.
3. Quotation must be on Company’s letter head.
4. All Bids must be submitted to UNICPF office located at Beside Armani Event Center, Argungu Street, Damboa Road, Maiduguri, Borno state not later than 20.01.2026 at 4:30 PM.
5. All bids must be sealed in an envelope with instruction not to be opened on or before 20.01.2026, The name of the tender with code should be written on the envelope. Soft copy documents are not allowed.
6. All unsealed and late bid will automatically be disqualified
7. A means of identification (ID such as NIN, driver licence etc) of any member of the company should be include in company’s profile
8. All company with expired tax clearance will be disqualified.
9. Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria but not limited to; price, quality and delivery time.
10. Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work.
11. Companies in Borno are strongly advised to apply.
