Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented HMO/Billing Officer to manage patient billing, process HMO claims, and ensure accurate documentation and timely reconciliation of payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage patient bills (HMO, cash, and corporate)
• Process HMO claims, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups
• Liaise with HMOs to resolve billing and payment issues
• Ensure accurate coding and documentation of services rendered
• Reconcile bills, payments, and outstanding balances
• Work closely with front desk, medical records, and clinical teams
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate billing records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in hospital billing or HMO processing
• Good knowledge of HMO operations and claims management
• Proficiency in hospital billing systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Valid license
• Completed internship and NYSC (or exemption)
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong ethical standards.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
