Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Security Lead located in Lagos.
• The Territory Security Lead will oversee the daily operations and management of security services within assigned territories.
• Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing client relationships, conducting risk assessments, and developing security protocols.
• The role involves frequent interaction with clients, generating new business leads, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Business Planning
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to perform risk assessments and develop security protocols
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field
