Territory Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, key accounts, and industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent pipeline development.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall territory profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Managers, Supply Chain, Finance) to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Supervise and guide junior sales representatives or agents (if applicable).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 – 7 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, chemicals, food ingredients, industrial raw materials, or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territory.
