We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our fast-growing fintech company. You will be responsible for promoting financial products and services to potential customers, generating leads, and driving conversions via phone calls and digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company’s financial products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
• Educate customers on product benefits and features, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and lead conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Must own an Android phone.
• Must reside within Ikeja or its environs.
• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and CRM tools.
