Job Summary

  • We are looking for a technical recruiter who will source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for technical positions in fields like software engineering and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Source Candidates: Use online job boards, social media, and talent networks to find suitable candidates for technical positions.
  • Screen and Evaluate: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills and qualifications against job requirements.
  • Interview and Assess: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge and fit with the company culture.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand specific technical requirements for open positions.
  • Manage the Offer Process: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the completion of necessary hiring paperwork.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a network of qualified technical candidates for future openings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bsc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, management or Human resources
  • 3 years proven working experience as a Technical recruiter.
  • Knowledge of Hr practices is compulsory.
  • Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of technical concepts and the specialized skills required for various IT and engineering roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, speaking, and written communication to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build relationships, network, and foster strong connections with potential hires.
  • Decision-Making: The capacity to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and make sound hiring decisions.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, track applicants, and handle paperwork.
  • Knowledge of Hr software and metrics is compulsory.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
